When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Due to COVID-19 and the extended restrictions shipping times are as follows:

Standard shipping   5-10 business days
Express shipping   3-5 business days

Any orders placed after 3pm (AEST) on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels that are missing or stolen during transit. margaux is not obligated to cover redelivery fees if your parcel is sent back to us.

Please note there may be shipping delays Australia wide currently due to COVID. This is out of our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We recommend selecting the Express Post option at checkout if you are concerned about any potential delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Please select your country at the checkout and ensure your address is correct as we are unable to change your order once placed and do not accept any responsibility for missing or stolen parcels. If your shipping details are incorrect we cannot offer a replacement.

Do you offer refunds or exchange for change of mind?
Please ensure you read the fragrance description as we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind. All sales are final.
